Limewood is a mix of South East Asian, Hawaiian, South American and Caribbean flavors centered around barbequed seafood, meats and great refreshing cocktails. In many ways it’s a Californian experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at many of their spots and they are all terrific, in both concept and execution.

The menu has been created by their award-winning culinary team, helmed by Maximal Concepts’ Culinary Director, Malcolm Wood and Executive Chef, Russell Doctrove. You can expect to be enjoying Charred Whole Sea Bass with charred limes, chimichurri, nuoc cham and tamarind sauce, Hawaiian Roasted Pig Leg with ginger, orange marinade and pineapple salsa, Pork Skin Chicharron with guacamole, uni, ikura and charred jalapeño, Scallop and Banana Tartare with jalapeño sauce, Vietnamese Fish Taco with lime aioli and Asian slaw, Jerked Fresh Corn with toasted coconut and much more.
Limewood has its own bar that offers shaken and frozen margaritas, craft beers, cider and BBQ inspired cocktails that will quench a thirst and relax the soul. Sip on a Charred Coconut Piña Colada with aged Rum, fresh pineapple and Mezcal, a smokey take on a true beach classic or relax with their refreshing BBQ Pineapple Cuban Mojito with aged Rum, mint, cinnamon, cane sugar and soda. Using flavors to enhance the food, their cocktails utilize herbs and fruits such as pomegranate, calamansi, jalapeño, kaffir lime and watermelon too.
Limewood as well has a global selection of wine handpicked to suit the cooking and climate. In particular they have an extensive collection of rosé imported directly from France, offering a hand selected premium quality at better value. They offer 12 different wines by the glass, and carafe, stored in an enomatic machine to ensure their quality and consistency.
