I had a fun week exploring California in the 2015 Jaguar F-Type R Coupe. This monster, with 550 HP, is a beautifully engineered blend of ferocious performance, sumptuous luxury and elegant style. The car looks great from any angle, here’s a side profile in fron of Belmond El Encanto in Santa Barbara Although not huge, the rear hatch area easily holds enough luggage for two people on a weekend adventure The lines remind me of the classic E-Type, here the car is shown at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins in San Francisco The F-Type R offers the perfect combination of luxury and exhilirating performance. The car I drove had the options Carbon Ceramic Matrix braking sytem The interior is a luxurious space, yet still a serious driver’s coupe. Note the 200 MPH speedo and the 7,000 RPM redline The car responds beautifully to all driving conditions, whether on the freeway or in downtown San Francisco It’s all about the details, these are the F-Type’s Bi-functional HID headlamps by Freddy Sherman — Posted on March 19, 2016 in, CAR REVIEWS and tagged 2015 Jaguar Belmond El Encanto F_Type F-Type R F-Type R Coupe F-Type review InterContinental Mark Hopkins Jaguar Jaguar F-Type jaguar review Jaguar roadtrip New Jaguar F-Type Racing Jaguar Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay Share this article on: Leave a Reply Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.CommentYou may use these HTML tags and attributes: <a href="" title=""> <abbr title=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote cite=""> <cite> <code> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q cite=""> <s> <strike> <strong> What's your name?
