Located a few miles north of Miami Beach on Collins Avenue, the Trump International Beach Resort is a great option for some South Florida luxury. I just returned from a weekend at the Trump Miami as it’s known, my first stay at a Trump property. I was pleasantly surprised by the luxury, range of amenities, perfect location, great service and delicious food.

My room
I had one of the resort’s junion suites, a spacious unit on the 29th floor. I had a large balcony with beautiful, endless views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The design was modern and comfortable with a clear South Florida influence with touches of pastel colors. All the furniture and things in the room were new and clean. The room and hotel were quiet at night and the bed and mattress were amazingly comfortable.

The 664 square foot junior suite had a comfortable sitting area and a large kitchenette with a microwave. It also featured a full-size washer and dryer. To be honest, I would not have minded moving in and living there, it would make a great single apartment. There was a very large closet and large bathroom with a separate tub, toilet area and a big shower. In addition to junior suites, the property also features deluxe rooms, slightly larger deluxe studios and one and two-bedroom suites. All the accommodations offer either ocean and intracoastal waterway views. Here’s a video tour of my suite.
Four dining spaces are offered as well as in-room dining. The resort’s Gill’s Beach Club, with oceanside tables on the sand, is quite popular with both guests and locals.

The beach
With bathtub-warm, teal blue water and miles of warm, white sand, this is a great beach. The Trump has cabanas and beach chairs (chairs and service are included with the resort’s service charge) and a beautiful multi-pool resort area.

The Trump Miami is close to Miami shopping and also close to the Aventura Mall, one of the country’s largest. Additional amenities include the resort’s Aquanox Spa and a full range of watersports including jet skis, paddle boats and other floating fun.
Getting there
The Trump Miami is in Sunny Isles Beach, just north of Miami Beach on famed Collins Avenue. It’s very easy to get to MIA (about 30 minutes) or FLL (about 45 minutes). I flew into MIA and used Silvercar, a great new way to rent cars. Silvercar only rents Audi A4s, silver Audi A4s. The entire process is app-based no counters or lines, just reserve on the app, alert them to your arrival with the app, open the car with the app and drive away. As a Luxury Fred reader, use this SIlvercar link to get $25 back on your first rental.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of
November 4, 2016 at 7:46 pmplagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve
either created myself or outsourced but it looks like
a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement.
Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being ripped off?
I’d certainly appreciate it.
SAdly, there is nothing you can about it, as many of those sites that blatantly steal content are in foreign countries that have no respect for copyright law. You can watermark photos and also make the text into images, which can help reduce, but not prevent it.
