Shang Palace is the delicious Chinese restaurant inside the Shangri-La hotel in Paris. As the only Michelin-starred restaurant in all of France, it offers a wonderful, modern, Parisian take on traditional Southeastern Chinese cuisine. Here are some photos from my seven-course tasting dinner, called the “Menu Jade”.

In case you don’t know, the fabulous Shangri-La hotel, Paris is a truly amazing palace hotel, housed within the former mansion of Roland Bonaparte, the nephew of Napoleon. The hotel retains many of the original features, and maintains the building as a historic monument.

The hotel’s rooms and suites have some incredible postcard views of the Eiffel Tower and the city.
